24/7 wear s/s cock jewellery and sex toy; very comfortable; the item is NOT adjustable - so DON"T LIE about your flaccid cock measurement; slide on to sit behind the corona, and position the spiked section under and between the split of the cockhead - the cockhead widens straight away; when flaccid (see pic), any foreskin you have folds over to keep it in place, at the same time adding bulk to your cock-head if it's in view; as you become erect, the foreskin rolls back revealing a blood-filled cock-head with a smooth silver 'priests collar'-style ring; nerves around bulging corona extra stimulated when fucking, but ring delays (not stop) cum release - big O!; usual hygiene, remove to clean cock and ring while showering, slip it back on afterwards.
