Measuring for a Glans Cock Ring
A glans ring is worn behind the head of the penis, close to the frenulum. Measure around the area where the ring will actually sit. Measure while flaccid (soft), especially if you plan to wear the ring beneath clothing or for longer periods.

Measuring for a Cock Ring
Use a measuring tape of a soft piece of string on and wrap it around the position where you intend the ring to sit. It should follow the body without pulling excessively tight. Mark where the string overlaps, lay it flat against a ruler and measure the circumference.

For a ring worn around the penis and scrotum, place the measuring string around the same position where the finished ring will sit.
