How to Wear Gold Nipple Shields
Start by gently opening the twisted nipple ring in the centre of the shield. Once your nipple is erect, place the shield over it and carefully slide the nipple through the centre. Using your fingertips, gently tighten the twisted ring until the shield feels snug, secure and comfortable.
The solid silver centre ring is strong yet flexible and allows the fit to be adjusted around the nipple. These designs are non-piercing and are not suitable for flat or inverted nipples.

Nipple Shield Sizes
The large Flower, Circle and Star shields measure 1.49 inches (3.8 cm) across. The large eight-heart Love Heart shields measure 1.57 inches (4 cm) across, while the Petite Flower and Petite Petal shields measure 1 inch (2.54 cm) across.
The opening in the centre is the same size on all six designs. The adjustable twisted ring opens to approximately 0.47 inch (1.2 cm) for larger nipples and winds down to approximately 0.37 inch (0.95 cm) for a smaller fit.
