Ordering from Hidden Delites is simple and secure.
This page explains payment, checkout, order confirmation, cancellations, returns and how to contact us if you need help.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and major debit and credit cards. Visa and Mastercard. Depending on your country Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available.
How to Order
- Choose your product, size, finish and any available options.
- Click Add to Cart.
- Continue to browse more products.
- When ready to go to checkout. Click on the Cart in the upper right hand corner.
- Proceed through the secure checkout to complete payment.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your jewellery is dispatched, we will send another email with tracking information where applicable.
Because much of our jewellery is custom made, please check your order details carefully before completing checkout.
Changes & Cancellations
If you change your mind after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom-made orders may enter production quickly, so cancellations should be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
If production has already started, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change a custom-made item.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Hidden Delites sells intimate body jewellery and many pieces are custom made, returns are generally not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive the wrong item or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Shipping & Delivery
Hidden Delites ships worldwide using discreet packaging. Detailed postage costs, tracking information and delivery options are now covered on our dedicated Shipping & Delivery page.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
Orders shipped from the UK to countries within the European Union and the World may be subject to local VAT, customs charges or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and/or delivery carrier and are not included in the price paid to Hidden Delites. Customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged on delivery. We always declare the correct value of the goods on the customs documentation.
