How to Wear the Love Heart Nipple Shields
Start by gently opening the twisted nipple ring located at the centre of the shield. Once your nipple is erect, place the shield over it and carefully slide the nipple through the centre. Using your fingertips, gently tighten the ring until the shield feels snug, secure and comfortable.
The hand-twisted solid silver nipple ring is both strong and flexible, allowing it to comfortably wrap around the nipple for an adjustable fit. Please note that these non-piercing shields are not suitable for inverted or flat nipples.

The Love Heart nipple shields measure 1.57 inches (4 cm) across. For larger nipples, the twisted centre ring opens to approximately 0.47 inch (1.2 cm) across. For a smaller fit, the ring winds down to approximately 0.37 inch (0.95 cm).
