The 9-inch arm cuff weighs approximately 40 grams (1.41 ounces), with the weight increasing for the larger sizes. As every arm band is handcrafted, the finished weight can vary slightly from piece to piece.

Choose the circumference closest to where you would like your arm cuff to sit:
9 inches = 22.86 cm circumference
9.5 inches = 24.13 cm circumference

How to Wear the Rana Arm Band
