For a comfortable fit, measure while flaccid (soft), especially if you plan to wear the ring beneath clothing or for longer periods. How to Wear the Copper Round Cock Ring
Put the ring on while flaccid or semi-erect. A little lubricant or moisturiser can help the smooth copper slide comfortably into position, or it can be fitted after a warm shower with a little soap.
